FRAUD, WASTE, AND ABUSE TRAINING (FWA):

As required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) all providers rendering Medicare Part C and Part D services must complete a Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training program. We ask that all entities attest to the completion of this requirement by completing the following CMS Training Courses listed below:

2. Detection of Medicare Parts C & D FWA
3. HIPAA Basics – Privacy Security & Breach Notice
4. Cultural Competence & Language Assistance
5. SNP Model of Care 2022

These Web-Based Courses can be found at: https://learner.mlnlms.com/ You will need to create an account in order to access the training. A certificate of completion is generated upon passing a short test with a score of 70% or higher at the end of each web-based training (WBT). Please maintain a copy of your certificates of completion. You are required to maintain a copy of your certificates of completion for 10 years.
